LockWorks Inc has been servicing all of the communities in the South Okanagan since 1999.
City LockWorks operated until 2011 as a sole proprietorship, at which time the company incorporated and became LockWorks Inc.
Dale Fleming is the founder and current owner of LockWorks Inc.

Dale Fleming, Owner

Dale Fleming has been a certified locksmith since 1980. He graduated LockTech College at the top of his class, and immediately immersed himself in the trade.

He spent the beginnings of his career in Calgary, Alberta working for a variety of shops.

In 1995 Dale relocated to Penticton, BC where he worked as a lead technician at an established shop.
In 1999 Dale started his own company, City LockWorks; now known as LockWorks Inc.

Kimberley Wall, Shop Locksmith

Kimberley Wall joined LockWorks Inc. in 2005. After completing their apprenticeship hours, they joined LockWorks Inc. full time.

In 2007 they became the primary shop technician. They handle most bench jobs, and have become proficient at Automotive lock services.
